SilverCut/Maverick - Blink Codes Erreur on Drive
Blink
Codes
If you ever get an axis fault alarm in your
software that cannot be resolved by restarting or checking exterior cabling,
you may have to check the blink codes coming off your axis drives inside the
control box. Your drives will blink the LEDs in a pattern of 5 to 7 blinks
(like morse code). Six green blinks show everything is good. If you see any
red/amber blinks in the pattern, refer to the blink code chart to determine the
cause of the fault.
Blink Code Chart:
1 Green, 4 Red = Voltage High
1 Green, 5 Red = Over Current
1 Green, 6 Red = Open Motor Phase
2 Green, 3 Red = Internal Voltage Bad
3 Green, 3 Red = Configuration Error
2 Green, 4 Red = Voltage Low
